Drop-Off and Pick-Up Policy

The safety and punctuality of our students is top priorities. We kindly ask parents and guardians to follow the procedures below:

Morning Drop-Off

  • Parents/guardians must ensure that students arrive on time, no later than 07:45, to allow a smooth start to the school day.
  • The school gates open at 07:30, and students are supervised in the canteen until line-up begins at 07:50.

Afternoon Pick-Up

  • Students must be collected no later than 16:15.
  • After this time, the school cannot guarantee supervision, as it marks the end of the

teachers’ duty day.

  • Late pick-up may compromise student safety, and we kindly ask for full cooperation to avoid this.

Permission to Leave School Unaccompanied or with Others

  • If parents wish for their child to leave the school alone or with another family, they must contact the administration and provide a written consent form.
  • If a student will be taking a taxi home, even on an exceptional basis, the school must be informed in advance, and the full name and contact details of the driver must be provided for security purposes.

Attendance and punctuality policy

Regular and timely attendance is essential for academic success and maintaining a smooth learning environment. Students/Parents/Guardians are expected to take full responsibility for their learning in the event of lateness or absence.
