Many studies have shown the importance of good nutritional values and the need to ensure the correct mix of vitamins and minerals and intake of calories in a child’s diet. Our school cafeteria plays an important role in ensuring that your child maintains a healthy diet.

OIST provides food services through a contracted company however we devise a well-balanced school lunch menu to ensure that all the essential foods are included in your child’s diet. 

For pupils, a hot lunch and salad are provided each day. For secondary students, a hot lunch or salad bar, plus an all-day snack bar is available.

OIST also operates a coffee and snack shop near the parent entrance for parents and staff in the morning and afternoon hours.
